This collaborative workshop is designed for member services leaders, customer service managers, and billing and finance professionals seeking to strengthen both the member experience and financial performance. Through peer discussions and best-practice sharing, attendees will examine topics such as billing and payment processes, member communication strategies, financial reporting, operational efficiencies, and leveraging data to support organizational growth. Final topics will be developed in late 2026/early 2027.
