Description
This two-day session is designed to elevate participants’ leadership thinking and strategic decision-making. Attendees will explore the core principles of leadership, including how to lead with clarity and intent.

- Fostering innovation
- Building cohesive teams
Participants will also learn techniques to maintain a broad perspective on leadership challenges and understand how to apply relational intelligence through personal awareness and team dynamics.

The four program topics will be covered over four days on March 16–17 and continued on April 21–22. Then on October 13, we will put all of this together in one last session.
